Blumenthal Cottage was built in 1930. It is a Tudor Revival style structure designed by architects William Scopes and Maurice Feustmann of Saranac Lake, NY. It is similar in style to Mallinson Cottage (Building 2). It is currently unoccupied but was most recently used as an office. It is in good condition. It was originally constructed for housing graduate and student nurses.
