Stables Taproom

The Stable, formerly referred to as the McGibbon Stable, was built as a barn that includes a woodshed and accommodations for workers. It primarily features two stories, along with a single-story wing.

This large frame barn is designed in a U-shaped layout and has an attached woodshed. It is supported by a foundation made of uncoursed, uncut rubblestone, while its walls are covered with wood shingles and the roof is made of asphalt. The central part of the stable is topped with a wooden ventilator, which is adorned with a simple weathervane positioned above a central clipped gable. The structure has a diverse array of openings, including windows, doors, garage doors, and stable doors.

Trudeau Coffee

Trudeau Coffee will be cozy and inviting space that exudes the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, encouraging guests to linger and socialize. The shop’s design incorporates rustic elements, cozy seating, and a welcoming interior.
