About Circle Cottage

Circle Cottage is a 2,735 square foot, 2-story, wood frame residential structure. It is sided with rose colored wood shingles with green trim. The roof is black asphalt shingles and wood shakes.

Circle Cottage was built in 1926. It is a Dutch Colonial Revival structure designed by architects William Scopes and Maurice Feustmann of Saranac Lake, NY. Current use is to house guests. It is in good condition. It was originally constructed as a bacteriologist’s cottage.
