About Robins Cottage

Robins is a 1,711 square foot, 1-story, wood frame structure. It is sided with cream colored clapboard and brick veneer with green trim. The roof is black asphalt shingles.

Robins was built in 1902 and designed by architect W.L. Coulter. It is a near duplicate of Phoenix Cottage (Building 18). It is currently unoccupied but was most recently used as an office. It is in good condition. It was originally constructed for housing and named the Ralph Rob(B)ins Memorial Cottage.
