About General Office Building

The GOB is a 17,174 square foot, 3-story, concrete joisted masonry structure. It is sided with red brick. The basement level is finished with natural ashlar stone. The roof is black built-up rubber membrane.

The GOB was built in 1925. It is a Colonial Revival style structure designed by architects William Scopes and Maurice Feustmann of Saranac Lake, NY. It is currently used as the main office building for the American Management Association. It is in good condition. It was originally built as an infirmary and named the Ethel Saltus Ludington Memorial Infirmary.
