Trudeau Village has over 17,000 square feet of office space available for long-term office space solutions or short-term needs while vacationing in the region. Office sizes range from single rooms to suites, ranging from 250-5000 square feet.

Constructed as the Ludington Memorial Infirmary in 1926, GOB is a 17,000 square foot office building on three floors. Currently we are offering from single room offices to full floor space at $15.00 square foot. Our current tenants include Adirondack Health and ADK Solar.

Stables

Built in 1909, the Stables were constructed as a barn with a woodshed and workers’ housing. One wing of the building has been converted into a production brewery facility for Hex and Hops Brewing. Another wing is the Stables Taproom. The remainder of the building, measuring 3500 square feet, is available for rental for private parties. See Dining section.
